By placing a commission request, I, the Artist, and you, the Client, agree to the conditions of these terms of service on a project known as the work.Timeline & Process
Commissioned works have an estimated timeline of two to four weeks unless stated otherwise. Note that each project may vary, and communication on both ends can ensure proper expediency and fulfillment.Finished works will be sent via email to prevent image compression and loss of resolution.Communication
Communication between I, the Artist, and you, the Client, will take place on any of my socials, according to your preference. I will keep you updated throughout the entire process and provide updates and ideas before progressing to each stage.Clients must provide required references, information and examples before the start of the commission and during the process, or it may delay the timeline.Please note, any lack of communication on the Client's part may also cause delays in the timeline. If I do not receive a response from a Client when it is required after (10) business days, I reserve the right to discontinue the work or progress as I see fit. Funds paid thus far are non-refundable.Payment & Refunds
Prior to starting the project, payments will be made in full upfront USD. Multiple package orders will be paid and fulfilled one at a time.Payments will be made either through my PayPal, or E-transfer for my fellow Canadians. Transaction will occur after I receive your form of submission.Do not send a payment without my request.If a cancellation is requested, a full refund will only be available during the sketching stage. Once the timeline process has progressed past this, a refund can not be made unless proposed by the Artist.Credits and Usage
I own the original copyright and ownership of all work I produce, and as such reserve the right to post, reproduce, display and share the work to all of my social media platforms and portfolios. I also reserve the right to use all work as examples and advertisement of my services. All work will be posted with my commission signature tag.You, the Client, receive exclusive rights of work produced for personal use. Personal use includes social media avatars and banners, personal websites, character sheets, and galleries. It cannot be used for sale redistribution or any form of commercial use.Work produced by I, the Artist,
must NOT be used for AI training/learning, NFTs or any alternative form of profit or exploitation.Clients may not claim works as their own, all I ask is to be credited.Agreement
I reserve the right to decline a commission.By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above and have read and agreed to all of the previously listed terms of service.The date of the agreement is of the first transaction made.Content
I reserve the right to decline any projects and requests at my discretion.
